Anything that is not expressly regulated by this Money-Back Guarantee Policy is subject to the Terms. In case of conflict between the provisions of this Money-Back Guarantee Policy and the Terms, the former will prevail. This Money-Back Guarantee Policy is not a product warranty.
When does the Money-Back Guarantee Policy apply?
In addition to any right of withdrawal under applicable law, if you purchase a subscription to Splice directly on our Site and this Money-Back Guarantee was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund if you are not satisfied with your results when:
- You have purchased a weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription to Splice through the Site, and provide us with the proof of payment;
- You contact us within the first 30 days after your initial purchase at email@example.com and
- You are not satisfied with your video editing results.
This Money-Back Guarantee policy does not apply to purchases made through the app stores or to subscription renewals activated after the first 30 days from your initial purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
We will review your request and respond to your email if your request is approved. When your refund is approved and processed by us, the credit will be issued, typically within 30 days. Please contact the card-issuing bank for information about when the credit will post to your account.
